Sanjeev is an Architect, Sculptor, Artist, Educator and a community activist. He came to the United States in 1989 to do his Masters in Architecture. Since then he has been involved with a few high profile public projects in United States and overseas, and has a few commissioned sculptures. He has been involved with numerous community organizations, such as the Habitat for humanity, a few Universities and public institutions as a community activist. He will provide overall vision and direction to this project.
His thesis entitled "Manifestations of Buddhist Principles in Monastic Architecture" , became the starting point for this documentary and over time it was expanded to encompass other facets of this culture as seemed appropriate once the documentary material developed. His close association with the Tibetan Buddhist, will be beneficial in portraying their cause in a most truthful and realistic representation, illustrating additional aspects of the Tibetan Buddhists not yet portrayed by other documentaries and films.
As the cause for Tibetans becomes known the world over, our hope with this documentary is to bring a fresh and realistic perspective on the current situation of the Tibetans.
